Jubilee Hub Vision Statement
"Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire"
(St Catherine of Siena)
As a federation we reviewed our Vision during the Autumn Term of 2018. We decided to launch the new vision statement with children and parents with a special event across the federation. During the launch week the children were immersed in some very special activities to help them to understand what the vision statement means and how it can impact on their lives. The week was so special that we created a celebratory booklet showing many of the activities the children and parents took part in.
"Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire!" by St Catherine of Siena.
The children across the School worked collaboratively to consider what 'God meant us to be' and how we might 'set the world on fire'. After lots of discussion and sharing our ideas, the children reached the conclusion that God wants us to be the best version of ourselves.
The children created a mod-roc figure of themselves, showing off their talent and you can see our finished figures in the entrance hall display. The children also created a glitter shaker, with a model of the world in a jar with fire glitter to remind them that they can set the world on fire with their individual talents and abilities.
